We have finally found a new source for locally grown, organic walnuts! Brothers-in-law Alan Siegle and Art Anderson founded Double A Walnuts in Colusa County, near the banks of the Sacramento River, in 2005. Their thriving farm is committed to sustainability and soil fertility, and we are delighted to welcome them to our community. We activate the walnutsby soaking them in filtered water with Celtic sea salt for 6-8 hours and then dehydrate them at a low temperature until crispy and delicious, preserving the nutrients and rich flavor.
