A staple of Argentinian cuisine, where beef is king, chimichurri is reknowned especially as a marinade, dipping or grilling sauce for meat. You can also add a dollop to a bowl of polenta, rice, beans or potatoes, mix it into a mayonnaise, or add a little fresh kick this week to our Baked Spaghetti Squash and Ragu Pie or our Marinara Sauce with Fresh Basil.
