This traditional soup is a favorite in Scotland and Ireland. In our version, pastured chicken is simmered with an abundance of Riverdog Farm leeks ("leekies") in bone broth with barley, celery, onions, thyme and bay leaves, finished with fresh parsley and a sprinkling of minced dried plums.
