Join us for a discussion on how complex and/or chronic health challenges can be addressed with a nutrient-dense diet that is tailored to an individual’s needs and health concerns. Why are properly prepared healing foods so important? How can you most effectively track which ones are the best match for your body? How can you adjust your lifestyle and mindset to increase the benefits of your nutrient-dense diet?
The stresses of today's fast-paced lifestyle, based on over-productivity, chronically insufficient rest and convenience foods, cannot be remedied by bright and shiny magic-bullet promises of miraculous cure-alls.
Nutritional therapist Sara Russell will explain why it is important to consider nutrient-dense traditional foods and a healthy lifestyle approach within a bio-individual framework.
