Frittata with Leeks, Chard and Cheddar

A custard of pastured eggs and Straus dairy is baked with Sierra Nevada Graziers cheddar, leeks and chard for a delicious, nutrient-dense, vegetarian main dish that can be enjoyed anytime -- hot, cold or room temperature. Enjoy this summertime treat while the local hens are happily laying eggs.

Ingredients: pastured eggs, Sierra Nevada cheddar cheese, Straus milk, chard, leeks, onions, butter, cream, marjoram, thyme, Celtic sea salt, nutmeg
