Carnitas is a classic Mexican filling for tacos, burritos, or enchiladas. In our version, Marin Sun Farms pasture-raised pork leg and butt are brined, then slowly braised in bone broth and lard with garlic, orange juice and spices, and then shredded. Crisp them in a pan or heat and eat as is.
