A delicious bisque made with golden summer squash from Tomatero Farms and Paul's Produce, simmered and pureed with fresh basil from Flatbed Farm in Sonoma. It is thickened and enriched with a smooth, housemade macadamia nut butter. Delicious hot, but you can also thin it out a bit and eat it cold on a hot summer day -- just in case we get a few more of those!
