This new recipe is a variation on our popular Spiced Cauliflower with Tomatoes. In this wonderfully zesty Indian dish, fresh cauliflower florets are roasted with housemade ghee, simmered with chickpeas, tomatoes, onions and spices, then finished with fresh cilantro. Delicious by itself, over rice, or with a dollop of Piima or Yogurt Cream.
