A wonderfully zesty Indian vegetable dish! Fresh cauliflower florets are roasted with housemade ghee, simmered with tomatoes, onions and spices, then finished with fresh cilantro. Delicious by itself, over rice, or with a dollop of Piima or Yogurt Cream.
