Bacon Black Pig Meat Co.

The pigs are sustainably raised on family farms that respect the land and the animals in their care. the pigs are heritage breed, raised without antibiotics and hormones, and are allowed to roam free. This bacon is dry cured with brown sugar for up to 21 days and then finished with applewood smoking for about 12 hours. They are focused on quality not quantity. The result is a bacon that is perfectly balanced in salt, sweet, and smoke; complex from the brown sugar and real wood smoke; and one where you can taste the quality of the pork

These uncured beef franks are made from 100% grassfed beef, using premium cuts from cattle raised on pasture in California (naturally high in healthy omega-3 fatty acids) . No nitrites, nitrates, hormones, or antibiotics. The 12-ounce package contains four hot dogs. This is a frozen product. Fully Cooked Naturally Smoked!

Ingredients: California Grass-fed beef, water, sea salt, organic evaporated cane syrup, spices, organic garlic powder, natural flavor (celery powder, spice extract, paprika extract), spices, organic spices in a lamb casing.

Mini Meatloaf --Frozen

This frozen, ready-to-cook raw meatloaf is made with grassfed beef. Instead of breadcrumbs, we use lentils that have been soaked and pureed to create a classic meatloaf texture. We finely mince onion, carrot and celery, then enrich the loaf with liver, bind it with pastured eggs, and season it lightly. This meatloaf will feed 2-3 people, depending on appetites.

Ingredients: MSF ground beef, French green lentils, onions, carrots, celery, pastured eggs, beef liver, tomato paste, parsley, garlic, thyme, porcini mushroom powder, mustard powder, paprika, tallow, Celtic sea salt, black pepper, cayenne

Instructions: Remove the paper lid before baking. Preheat oven to 350º. If desired, spread meatloaf with a layer of our Cultured Ketchup. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 35-40 minutes if defrosted, one hour or more if still frozen. Uncover for last 10-15 minutes. Pierce with a knife to test if juices run clear. Defrosted meatloaf can also be rolled into meatballs, then cooked.

Frozen -- Infused Salmon Broth

A light and gelatin-rich broth made from the bones and heads of local, wild-caught salmon from Ochinook Seafood, infused with a Southeast Asian flair. Fresh lemongrass, garlic, ginger, cilantro and scallions brighten this broth, which could be eaten alone or used as a base for a soup or stew.

Ingredients: reverse-osmosis filtered water, wild salmon carcasses, cilantro, lemongrass, green onions, ginger, garlic, coconut oil, Celtic sea salt, apple cider vinegar

Recipe is gluten-free, dairy-free, nightshade-free, black pepper-free and GAPS Diet-friendly.

Recipe suggestion: Use broth in place of water to make rice with cilantro and shallots and serve with grilled fish, or shrimp and grilled vegetables.

Egg Drop Soup with TSH Infused Salmon Broth
Using one jar of our salmon broth, add 2 tbsp of soy-free Coconut Secret Coconut Aminos, 4 sliced shiitake mushrooms and bring to a boil and then simmer. While broth is simmering, scramble 2 pastured eggs and drizzle them into the simmering broth creating ribbons. Finish with scallions.
