Keema is a classic South Asian dish, popular in both India and Pakistan. In this version, ground beef is simmered with soaked red lentils, ginger, garam masala, cumin and a pinch of cayenne. The keema is finished with crushed tomatoes, cilantro, and lemon juice for a delicious dish that can be eaten by itself or would be perfect with a dollop of Piima Cream.
Ingredients: grassfed ground beef and bone broth, red lentils, onions, crushed tomatoes, cilantro, lemon juice, beef liver, ginger, garlic, Celtic sea salt, housemade garam masala spice blend (cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, cumin, black pepper, coriander), coriander, cumin, cayenne
