What a treat! Fresh local romano beans don't have a long season, and these luscious beans from Feral Heart Farm in Sunol are lactofermented an a light salt brine with an aromatic, summery hint of dill and fennel. Super refreshing!

Ingredients: romano green beans, fennel fresh dill, dill umbels, Celtic sea salt, yellow mustard seed, celery seed
