Purslane is an extremely nourishing traditional superfood, which we've offered before pickled in the French style (pourpier) and Spanish (verdolaga). It contains more omega-3 fatty acids than any other leafy vegetable! This variation features a refreshing, mild base of lime juice with a touch or garlic, herbs and spices typical of foods of the Baja peninsula. Add some zest to a plate of fish tacos, mix into a salad or just eat out of the jar!
