Inspired by the Korean Bin Dae Duk, this batter can be gently pan-fried like pancakes for a delicious savory meal. The pancakes stand on their own, but are typically served with soy sauce or a seasoned dipping sauce, and we have a wonderful, soy-free dipping sauce on our menu!

Ingredients: yellow split peas,* coconut oil,* pastured eggs,* scallions,* carrots,* sesame seeds,* black sesame seeds,* Celtic sea salt, garlic, ginger,* toasted sesame oil,* rice vinegar,* baking soda, turmeric*  (* = organic)

Recipe is vegetarian, gluten-free, dairy-free, nightshade-free and black pepper-free.
