Spanish Marinated Chicken Legs -- Frozen

3-5 drumsticks (approx. 1 lb) in 1 large tin (7.5 in X 5.5 in)

You may find yourself addicted to these sumptuous, versatile and easy-to-cook treats. Grilled or roasted, crispy, mildly spiced skin gives way to succulent meat of marinated chicken legs. You can thaw the tin fairly quickly, then roast or grill the drumsticks at around 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Serve over rice or sauteed greens, with a salad or vegetable soup.
