Jerk Marinated Chicken Legs -- Frozen

3-5 drumsticks (approx. 1 lb) in 1 large tin (7.5 in X 5.5 in)

This recipe, attributed to Bob Marley, captures the sweet heat of classic jerk seasoning. Ready for the grill, the fajita skillet, or the oven. Raw chicken legs are marinated overnight in a rich blend of spices and condiments, then frozen. They thaw fairly quickly in the tin. Once thawed, roast them at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Wonderful over rice or greens, or to make a meal of a salad or vegetable soup. "Don't you worry, 'bout a things, 'cause every little thing, gonna be allright..."
