Orders can be placed for yourself or for another recipient as a gift.

Orders for Mail Order cannot be combined with pickup or delivery orders —  they must be placed separately.

Everything available for Mail Order can be found on our Mail Order Menu page, accessed in our “SHOP” drop-down list, or by clicking here. 

Our Mail Order Service is limited to select non-perishable products. Available items include some of our housemade “dry goods” like Crispy Nuts and Granola, and certain non-perishable items from our trusted vendors. We are not shipping anything perishable, refrigerated, frozen or packaged in glass. 

Mail Orders will be packaged for shipping every Tuesday and Friday afternoon. Tuesday orders must be placed by 8am Tuesday, and Friday orders by 8am Friday.

Mail Orders will be sent via United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail. Orders can only be sent to street addresses within the Continental US. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. Mail Orders will be charged at flat fee of $18 to cover shipping & handling.

How to Place a Mail Order:

• NOTE: Mail Orders must be placed separately; they cannot be combined with pickup or delivery orders.

• Choose “Mail Order” in our “SHOP” drop-down menu 

• Select desired products

• Once in the cart, a blue ink message will display for any items that are not available for Mail Order and need to be removed in order to proceed:

Mail Order not available for this product. If choosing "Mail Order" for the order's fulfillment option you must remove non-Mail Order product(s) from your cart to proceed.

• If the order is a gift, click on the “This Order is a Gift” box to reveal a message box. Add an optional personal message to the recipient here.

• Click “Checkout” to proceed to “How will you receive this order?” page.

• Choose Mail Order with opportunity to confirm (or enter a recipient’s) address. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. A $18 postage fee is added on to the order total.

• A confirmation order receipt email will be sent to the account-holder who placed the order, in addition a follow-up email after shipment with a USPS tracking number.

• A packing slip will be included without prices should the order be a gift — if you added a Gift Message, it will appear here as well.
