Beef Osso Bucco Over Risotto

1 large tin (7.5 in X 5.5 in)

Grassfed, regeneratively-raised beef shank is braised in bone broth with the classic mix of onions, carrots, celery, tomato paste, and herbs for a deeply flavorful beef stew inspired by Osso Bucco (traditionally made with veal shanks). Fir this casserole, we layer this beef braise on top of creamy risotto for a savory dish. Try it this week with our Gremolata, the traditional accompaniment.
