This is the meat filling from our popular Dominican Beef and Plantain Casserole. Grassfed ground beef from Freestone Ranch in Petaluma is sauteed with onions, green olives, mild spices and a few late season sweet peppers. A great "sloppy joe" for sandwiches, it's also wonderful over rice or potatoes or as a filling for tacos or enchiladas.
