Based on traditional recipes, our Kimchi uses ample amounts of authentic (and organic!) gochugaru — Korean red pepper flakes — along with garlic, ginger and traditionally brewed fish sauce, and features carrots for a balance of flavor and texture. All this comes together in a probiotic fermented brine that packs some heat! Use it for "gut shots," mix into salad dressings, add depth to stir-fries (or mix with kethup on your French fries!)

Ingredients: liquid from napa cabbage,* carrots,* daikon,* gochugaru (Korean red chile flakes),* scallions,* Red Boat fish sauce (anchovies, sea salt), onions,* garlic,* ginger,* brown rice flour,* raw unfiltered honey, Celtic sea salt (*=organic)
