Our dear vendor, Chaya-Rivka Diehl of Living Visions Kitchen, is delighting us with this special bread from Eastern Europe for our Rosh Hashanah menu. If you remember her incomparable Coconut Yogurt and gluten-free cookies, you know you're in for a treat made with love (and the best ingredients!).
One of the amazing things about this bread is that it is shelf-stable for at least 5 days, it's gluten-free, refrigerates very well, and freezes beautifully. After thawing it is still soft, and ready to eat - toasting is nice, but not necessary!
Ingredients: Organic gluten-free oat flour, organic extra virgin olive oil, organic honey, organic pasture-raised eggs, organic fruit juice sweetened cranberries, organic walnuts, organic psyllium, baking powder, yeast, sea salt, guar gum, organic cinnamon, organic apple cider vinegar, and baking soda.
The bread is freshly made and kept frozen for a better experience.
