Our dear vendor, Chaya-Rivka Diehl of Living Visions Kitchen, is delighting us with this special bread from Eastern Europe for our Rosh Hashanah menu. If you remember her incomparable Coconut Yogurt and gluten-free cookies, you know you're in for a treat made with love (and the best ingredients!).
One of the amazing things about this bread is that it is shelf-stable for at least 5 days, it's gluten-free, refrigerates very well, and freezes beautifully. After thawing it is still soft, and ready to eat - toasting is nice, but not necessary!
Ingredients: Organic gluten-free oat flour, organic extra virgin olive oil, organic honey, organic pasture-raised eggs, organic psyllium, baking powder, yeast, sea salt, guar gum, organic apple cider vinegar, and baking soda.
The bread is freshly made and kept frozen for a better experience.
