Frozen -- Baked Polenta with Spinach, Basil and Mozzarella

Creamy polenta is cooked with Straus milk, butter and yogurt, then baked with spinach and basil and topped with Belfiore mozzarella and Parmigiano Reggiano cheese for a gluten-free dish.

Ingredients: polenta,* Straus milk,* butter* and yogurt,* mozzarella, spinach,* basil,* Parmigiano Reggiano, olive oil, lime water for nixtamalization (calcium hydroxide and filtered water), Celtic sea salt, parsley*  (*= organic)
