For those wanting more heat, it delivers with the addition of Thai chiles for a satisfying and harmonious interplay of lemongrass, galangal, makrut lime leaf, cilantro, fish sauce and the additional tangy flavor from tamarind paste. Heat and drink on its own, add more coconut milk (We sell the Native Forest canned coconut milk.) or it use to make a Malaysian inspired soup with meat, seafood and/or vegetables. Try it with shrimp and noodles.
