You can’t go wrong with JOI. Make as much as you want, when you want, and EXACTLY how you want it. We recommend using 1 tablespoon of JOI for every 1 cup of water for everyday plant milk. Like it creamier? Just add more JOI!
Keep JOI in a cool, dark place (like your pantry)- even after opening. Check your jar for an exact date of expiration. Plant milk made with JOI will keep in the refrigerator for up to 7 days. Store in an airtight container (like our JOI Pitcher) and shake before use. Separation is natural.
