Sierra Nevada Cheese began producing goat cheeses in 2008 under the Bella Capra brand. The goat milk comes from the Fumasi family dairy just 3 miles north of the Sierra Nevada Cheese production facility in Willows, CA. They milk approximately 2500 goats including Nubians, Lamanchas, Saanens, and Alpines.
