A custard of pastured eggs from Coastal Hill Farm in Sonoma and Straus milk, cream and butter is baked with Sierra Nevada Graziers cheddar, leeks, onions and asparagus for a delicious, nutrient-dense, vegetarian main dish that can be enjoyed anytime -- hot, cold or room temperature.
