This sweet, mild-flavored yogurt is made from the beautiful goat milk at Claravale Farm. Since it is not legal to sell raw milk yogurt, the milk was gently heated to 186º before cooling enough to culture with a starter of Straus yogurt. We then cultured for 24 hours until thick and creamy. Enjoy as is or with fresh fruit, granola, honey, or a bit of jam.
