Middle Eastern Beef Stew with Chickpeas, Potatoes & Fresh Mint -- 22 oz

We've used beef instead of lamb for this traditonal dish. Grassfed beef is coated in a Middle-Eastern spice blend called baharat, then braised until tender with Yukon gold potatoes, chickpeas, onions, tomato paste and garlic. The dish is finished with plenty of fresh parsley, mint, and lemon zest.
