Risotto with Mushrooms, Leeks, Parmigiano and White Wine

1 large tin (7.5 in X 5.5 in) (2 lbs)

Our creamy risotto debuts in this large tin size offering. We sauteed leeks and mushrooms with our chicken bone broth and a little white wine, then blended in Parmigiano Reggiano for a savory dish. 

Ingredients:  brown rice,* chicken bone broth,* onions,* leeks,* butter,* Parmigiano Reggiano, white wine,* crimini mushrooms,* dried portabella & oyster mushrooms,* Celticsea salt, rosemary,* black pepper*  (* = organic)

Recipe is nightshade-free and gluten-free.
