Gingered Greens with Roasted Carrots and Coconut Milk (pint)

This colorful dish showcases roasted carrots and sauteed kale and chard. The greens are sauteed with onions, fresh ginger and spices, then mixed with roasted and partially pureed carrots and coconut milk for a delicious side dish.
