Based on traditional recipes, our kimchi uses ample amounts of authentic Korean gochugaru (red pepper flakes) along with garlic, ginger and naturally fermented Red Boat fish sauce, and includes carrots for a slightly sweet and earthy balance of flavor. This kimchi packs some heat, and its warming umami goodness ripples across the peppery notes.
