White Bean Cassoulet with Chicken, Bacon and Sausage

1 large tin (7.5 in X 5.5 in)

This full-flavored cassoulet features navy beans that have been soaked and cooked with kombu (sea vegetable), then combined with chicken, bacon, sausage and herbs. We top it withalmond meal and parmigiano reggiano for a satisfying comfort food.
