Cultured Antipasto Mushrooms with Fresh Herbs (Vegan) -- 8 oz

Eat these addictive mushrooms out of the jar, combine with other antipasti for a platter, add to a green salad or serve with grilled meat or fish. They are marinated in an herbaceous vinaigrette, with a probiotic boost from our sauerkraut brine, and make a great addition to bean, grain, or pasta salads!
