Created this winter by recipe developer Linda for Valentine's Day, this lovely cake is made with beets and sprouted spelt flour and enriched with pastured eggs and coconut milk. The result is a satisfying treat. Serving suggestions: Enjoy with a dollop of Sierra Nevada Organic Cream Cheese. Enjoy!
