Our new Oatmeal Raisin Cake was created by our cook and baker Linda. It's made with TSH Oatmeal, cassava, almond and coconut flours. The result is a lightly sweetened, satisfying gluten-free treat. Enjoy!

Recipe is vegetarian, nightshade-free, black pepper-free and gluten-free (note: while oats are a naturally gluten-free grain, these oats come from a facility that also processes grains with gluten, so they are not certified gluten free).
