We've reworked this recipe a bit to make it compliant with the GAPS Diet protocol, as well as soy-free, removing mung bean thread noodles and using coconut aminos in place of tamari. Grassfed beef is simmered in bone broth with Napa cabbage, daikon and carrots. The classic flavor profile is set with fresh ginger, coconut aminos and a bit of toasted sesame oil, then finished with fresh-squeezed orange juice and zest for a touch of sweetness as well as minced cilantro for a subtle herbaceous burst.
