Our weekly Meaty Pint! Keema is a classic South Asian dish, popular in both India and Pakistan. In this version, ground beef is simmered with soaked red lentils, ginger, garam masala, cumin and a pinch of cayenne. The keema is finished with crushed tomatoes, cilantro, and lemon juice for a delicious dish that can be eaten by itself or would be perfect with a dollop of yogurt cream.
