Chicken-Chile Soup with Summer Squash and Chard -- 22 oz

22 ounces in a 24 oz. jar

Chicken is simmered in a mild broth infused with pasilla and guajillo chiles, with summer squash, and green chard. We finish it with cilantro, epazote and a hint of lime. This seasonal soup is perfect with avocado slices or grated cheese. Adding a few tortilla chips (try cutting strips of fresh Alma Semillera corn tortillas and pan-frying them) and you have a nutritious version of Tortilla Soup.
