This dairy-free soup features wild mushrooms and locally grown, traditionally hand-harvested wild rice from Next Generation Foods, grown by McKenzie Family Farms in Pleasant Grove. It marries beautifully with our mix of wild and crimini mushrooms, chicken, Massa Organics brown rice, Madeira wine and herbs.

Our chicken meat and broth come from a mix of pastured and non-pastured chickens, all of which are raised on an organic diet. Some of the chickens we source are raised on an organic diet that is soy-free and corn-free.
