This dish features our Marbella Sauce - a sweet, tangy, and salty combination from Spain made famous in the Silver Palate cookbook in the dish Chicken Marbella. We start with capers, olives, and prunes simmered in white wine and chicken bone broth reduction with garlic and parsley then combined this delicious sauce with chicken meatballs for a satisfying dish on its own or served with polenta, rice or pasta.
