Our nuts are packaged in compostable bags. Kashiwase Farm, a favorite at our local farmers markets, provides the sustainably grown raw organic almonds, which are activated by soaking overnight in water and Celtic sea salt, and then dehydrated at a low temperature until crispy and delicious, preserving the nutrients and rich flavor.
