A variation on our chicken bone broth infused with mushrooms, onions, carrots, celery, thyme, sage and parsley before being strained. This light mushroom broth has some herb notes and acididity. Perfect for keeping in the freezer and having on hand when a broth is needed. This makes a great broth for heating and eating, or for base for a soup base or for cooking rice.
