Inspired by the Italian classic, our version infuses chicken bone broth with Massa Organics brown rice, onions, lemon juice and zest. While there is no rice in this dish the broth infusion, when combined with Coastal Hill Farm pastured eggs, Parmigiano Reggiano and spinach, the dish transforms into a creamy, sumptuous take on the classic.
