Simply delicious and satisfying. Large butter beans from Iacopi Farm in Half Moon Bay are soaked and then slowly simmered with sage and garlic for flavor and a little kombu for digestibility and nutrition. Once the beans are tender, they are seasoned with fresh sage, Seka Hills olive oil, white wine vinegar, and a bit of white pepper.

Ingredients: butter beans, Seka Hills olive oil, white wine vinegar*, sage,* garlic,* Celtic sea salt, white pepper,* kombu  (* = organic)

Recipe is vegan, gluten-free, nightshade-free, black pepper-free and dairy-free.
