Lentil and Fennel Salad with Dandelion Greens and Garlic (Pint)

French green lentils are combined with roasted fennel, dandelion greens, scallions and roasted garlic, then tossed in a lemon and pomegranate vinaigrette with plenty of fresh cilantro and parsley for a salad that is the essence of the season.
