Mudajara - a pilaf of lentils, rice, caramelized onions and mild warming spices. Our take on the classic dish deviates a bit from traditon by incorporating the deeply flavorful caramelized onions into the lentils and rice rather than topping the dish with cripsy onions. Try it with this week's Tahini Yogurt Sauce with Lemon. Add some grilled meat or veggies to make it a satisfying meal.

Reheating Instructions: If frozen, let thaw in refrigerator at least 8 hours before reheating.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Remove cardboard lid from tin. Cover tin with foil and put in oven for 15 minutes. Remove foil and return to oven for 5-10 minutes. Serve hot or at room temperature.
