No kitchen table is complete without a little bowl of this piquant pesto.  Chimichurri is reknowned especially as a marinade, dipping or grilling sauce for meat. You can also add a dollop to a bowl of polenta, rice, beans or potatoes, mix it into a mayonnaise, or add a little extra green kick to a soup. 

Ingredients: tarragon,* dill,* Seka Hills olive oil, scallion,* garlic,* white wine vinegar,* lemon juice,* Celtic sea salt, black pepper,* cumin*   (* = organic)
