Marin Sun Farms pastured heritage pork is brined and braised in our mineral-rich pork trotter broth with white Navy beans, and a housemade salsa with poblano peppers and tomatillos from Riverdog Farm. Our version of this classic Mexican dish with just a hint of spice. Serve over rice, or with Alma Semillera Tortillas (found in our Frozen section) with a dollop of our Piima or Yogurt Cream on top!
