Say Hay Farm in Yolo County produces certified organic pastured eggs and produce in an ecologically minded manner. They raise vegetables and animals on the same land in a tight rotation to produce the most flavorful vegetables and nutritious eggs by building flavor from the ground up. This year they began raising a pastured flock of hens that are on a certified organic, soy-free diet and they have recently begun laying.
